Haven't brewed this sucker yet but took down the notes from Brewcaster Challenge #1. Crystal is C75 not 80. Great Western 2 row.

I brewed this in Jan. Spot on Evil Twin! By keg #2 it has turned out to be a good hoppy amber ale. Good but not as good like it was fresh.
