Notes

27/01/16- $39 for malt & hops. MASH 25L @ 65.4C in mash SPARGE 25L @ 90C. BOIL 25L @ 1063 (no dextrose added at this point). Boiled down to around 21L. FERMENTATION 21L on around 1L of US05 2nd generation slurry. Active fermentation after 10hrs. 1/02/16 Down to 1024. 7/02/16 (Waitangi Day). After 10 days, put in 200grams of Ketunky Bourbon chips soaked in Jim Beam. 21/2/16- Chips removed. 28/2/16 Bottled at 2.2 volumes of CO2. OG: 1092 FG: 1005..?... ABV: 12.2% (including bottling.)
