UK 2 Row = Pale Ale Malt 5 min hop drops are whirlpool-hold for 20 mins after flameout. Not sure how to calculate this bitterness yet. Must mash at 148 for hour and a half Batch Sparge Temp? Add some gypsum in the boil? Mash PH 5.4-5.8 room temp or 5.1-5.5 mash temp Use Acid malt to drop PH in the mash, should be on the low end.
