Notes

Couldn’t calibrate pH meter. Added specialty grains after mash before mashout per Gordon Strongs SOP. SG and FG felt way too low. Samples tasted like a fudgcicle. Full bodied and will hopefully still do well at NHC. Bottle conditioned two gallons and keg conditioned the rest in a 3 gallon keg.
