Taste Notes
17.9.14 After Primary:
color has a light amber-brown hue, with orange edges. the crimson hues from the wort are gone… clean in the nose, some roast aromas with subtle ester notes, caramel, well layered malt aromas. roast notes are more evident retronasal, well balanced palate, the palate reflects all the aromas of the nose, pleasant bitterness, hit of astringency, balanced, soft rounded medium body. some sweetness left, touch of bitterness in the finish.Notes
