Notes

Boil volume ended high at 6.75 gallons vs. target 6.25 and 6.00 gallons in fermentor vs. target of 5.5 gallons. Dropped my Safale Yeast packet estimate only 3/4 of the packet made it to the beer. I mat not have boiled long enough adding the second round of hops as I suut down the heat and allowed it to cool in the steep step?
