Taste Notes

Added Flavor Extracts:1.5 oz. Natural Graham, 3 oz. Toasted Marshmallow Couldnt taste chocolate. Recommend next time to add bakers choc to boil, or chocolate flavoring to secondary. After Kegging, seems to have sweetness to it. No biscuit or chocolate taste noticed. Color looks more like a brown ale than a black porter/stout No off flavors detected. After 2 weeks in keg noticed slight bitterness from cacao nibs, but too faint. Chocolate malt is really Crisp Pale Chocolate Malt

Notes

Airlock wasn’t bubbling, Vodka had spilled or evaporated. Added more, no problems yet. After Kegging, seems to have sweetness to it.
