Notes

Cocoa Nibs can be purchased on the cheap at Amazon. Coconut should be Flaked and Unsweetened. I found it at the grocery store around the specialty items. dont buy the cheap processed looking stuff thats with the cookie chocolate chips and stuff. Roast coconut on in frying pan making sure to turn frequently making sure to get all coconut brown but not scorched. underdone coconut wont add any flavor. place in bag directly in keg or secondary. Cocoa nibs amount was a guess. I filled a pint glass about 4/5 with nibs and then filled with Vodka. Also bagged and added direct to keg.
