Notes

Target IBU = 25. 29L into boil. 22.5L cool post boil. 21L into fermenter. 3000ml starter added to fermenter. Pre-boil gravity 13.2P. Should have been 11.7P. Starting gravity 15.4P. Should have been 14P.
