Notes

Crush grain with 0.041" gap Set aside some filtered water when filling kettle Pitched at 5:00 pm Mash 1 hour, varied between 153 and 155 degrees, mashed ~45% power until 168 degrees (15 minutes) TAKE SAMPLES OF MASH - PRE BOIL and POST BOIL wort Dry Hopped on 5/18/13 after 7 days w/final gravity at 1.103. I wonder if I could have fermented longer and also I wonder if the hops sinks below the trub and yeast and get covered up.
