Taste Notes

Après 5 sem de lagering à 1 deg C, elle est parfaite. L'équilibre est juste entre douceur et amertume. Moins citronnée que la version avec Citra.

Notes

Le citra a été remplacé par du Galaxy dans la recette. Un des 2 keg a été dry-hoppé avec seulement 1 oz de Galaxy.
