Notes

Put 8 oz. of Jim Beam Bourbon on 3 oz. oak chips as the wort went into the fermenter Best use date on the yeast was July, so we will see how soon fermentation begins It took fully 48 hours to see bubbling activity in the Made a starter out of previous batch but did not use as fermentation really picked up and did well Transferred to carboy along with bourbon and oak chips 9-9 Bottled 10-6, black bottle caps, 45 bottles
