Taste Notes

Nice stout character, could up the cocao Way too much carbonation, probably bottled too soon

Into the fermenter 3:30, added starter Starting to see ferment activity in the airlock after 5 hours Moved to secondary 10-6, added 1 oz of Hawaiin cocao (Probably should have made a slurry w/vodka first as the dry cocao floated) Bottled 10-15, yellow caps
