Notes

Final version of recipe did not save, computer crashed. The water volumes were off, and final volume was off. SG encouraging. Still can't find pH meter, and need new small scale to weigh water additions. Original recipe included WLP002. Didnt have time to havrest from Behind Enemy LInes. Kegged on 12/30, bust carbonated. Also had extra half gallon that I racked into a growler. Samples tasted more bitter than I hoped. Will see how beer is fully carbed.
