Notes

Cold steeped specialty malts to try and extract as little harshness as possible. Brewed in Mash & Boil. Worked great until late extract addition caused error code on unit and it shut off. Finished stirring in exctract and let concentrated wort sit at near boiling temps for remainder of boil time. Topped off with cold water. Filled carboy at 120F. Sealed with S-shaped airlock and set aside to cool before pitching.
