Notes

Fermentation took 26 hours to begin. From what I've researched, WLP002 is slow to start. Also, WLP002 appears chunky which is suppoedly normal for this highly floculant strain of yeast. Three days after brewing, fermentation still vigorous. 5/21/17 - brewed 5 gal batch. 6/5/17 - transfered to secondary. 6/18/17 added 2 oz. Wild Turkey Rare Breed Bourbon
