Notes

Kill chain got 1.5 fresh jalapenos and 5 tbsps of chopped cilantro V5 - more base malt, higher equipment temp. I need to doublecheck the mash temp gauge. I may do 5 gal of jalapeno. Got rid of caramunich in favor of cara pils/dex.
