Notes
First batch with Mash & Boil. Yield from mash was excellent. I did a batch sparge in the pipe. The water ran off quickly through the false bottom. Pre-boil gravity was low. Will fly sparge from now on.
Hit beer with approx 30 mins of air from aquarium pump. High krausen within 12 hours. Used heat belt to keep at ferm temp in cold basement. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
