Taste Notes

Smaken var veldig lik kilkenny, carbonerte med 6g på literen, det var litt i meste laget, prøv med 5,5 neste gang. Dommerpanel; poeng 43 av 50, Mente det manglet floral preg.

Notes

Versjon 1.0 Måtte tilsette 150g sukker for å komensere for at jeg tynnet ut vørteren mer en planlagt. Versjon 2.0 Tilsatt 0,5 kg hvete malt for å få bedre skum. Økt med 10 gram EKG humle i 0 min for å øke floral preg.
