Notes
Mash temp was all over the place today, was probably closer to 148F the whole time. Sparge went well, got the right amount in for my pre boil volume. No reading were taken pre boil.
I am using the whole leaf hops that Walt havarested from our hop vines. Used 1oz of the donegal Warrior hop mix at the end of the boil. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
