Notes

first try. electric kettle + side pickup tube + BIAB, no sparge, 30 minute boil. Using the torpedo for all the hops except the citra and the mandarina bavaria. Will pump through the torpedo before the counter-flow after the temp as dropped to under 90c. Using the pump the recirculate the mash and I isolated the kettle with reflective materiel.
