Notes
Brewed on 12/21/17, put Speidel 15L fermenter in 65F degree freezer.
Added 1oz of citra "dry hops" to fermenter on 12/28/17 in hop sack
Removed dry hops on 1/4/18
Dropped temperature of freezer to 35F, and transfered beer to keg on 1/23/18 and started force carbonation. Tastes great but the hops seem to be bigger than the adjunct
