Notes

Add whirpool hops in two stages. Half at flameout, half when temp cools to 180. Add first dry hop addition when fermentation drops to 1.025 (about 3 days) and then second dry-hop once fermentation is complete (about 7 days). Cold crash and fine with gelatin or biofine into the bottle or keg.
