Notes

Add to sparge water: -4 Grams Gypsum -1 Grams Cal Chloride -.6 Grams Salt -Dry hop with 1 oz. of Centennial and 1 oz. of Cascade at 4 days into fermentation(while fermentation is still going off). -Rack to secondary at 9 days. -Dry hop with 2 oz. Galaxy in secondary for 5 days. -Keg Condition 2-4 weeks. -Enjoy!
