Notes

1.059 OG temp control probe was left outside and almost froze the batch. Finishing in the sweeter side of 1.018 nice and smooth w a citrus bitterness. At 6 days I added 1.25 oz of Citra and day 8 added 1.25 of Amarillo and 1 oz of cascade.
