Taste Notes

Wort: desired hop profile. Below target OG. No unusual flavors. Both yeast bags inflated and were pitched successfully Keg day (10/15) bitter and yeasty. Aroma is strong with notes of tropical fruit. If bitterness doesn't subside I'll change the hop schedule.

Notes

1.040 OG 1.010 FG Added 1 oz of HBC 432, Galaxy and Citra on day 2 during active fermentation. Day 3 fermentation appeared to slow down significantly. Day 8(10/15) keg day. Added 1 oz of HBC 432, Galaxy and Citra to a hop cage and dropped it into the keg after priming with cO2.
