Notes
Modeled after New Belgium Accumulation based on grain bill and hops on their website.
Yeast is the real variable.
Pre bottling very bitter
Post bottling
Came out more amber and more sweet.
Fermentation may be an issue. Using Belgian yeaste should have fermented at higher temp. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
