Taste Notes
The kegged version was beyond escellent! One of my all time favorite brews.Notes
Pump took awhile to get going after protien rest.
Do 90 minute boil on next batch.
Use blowoff tube in primary instead of air lock.
Kegged 5 gallons, bottled 5 gallons on Sept 14, 2011
Keg was awesome!
Bottles sketchy - some perfectly carbonated, others undercarbonated??
Sounds good!
by BrewdogI'll brew up 10 gallons of this one this weekend!
Thanks for sharing.
Patiently waiting for fermentation to stop. Another week in the primary and a week in the secondary then into the keg!
Both batches were good.
