Taste Notes

This batch caught a wild yeast too, making it tart like a Berliner, pH 3.8. Added 8lb smashed sweet dark cherries, 100ml tropical cherry Mio. And maybe 25 ml raspberry extract. Not bad, hope it sells! 2/5/2018 - actually selling pretty well!
