Initial thoughts
think i may not have been boiling vigourasly enough and therefore perhaps i didnt hit the right IBU's
maybe a little too sweet
After 3 weeks in bottle and 3 days in fridge:
bitterness has come out nicely - quite bitter (quite a mouthfull)
dry finish. could perhaps do with a little more sweetness now
would benefit from more upfront hops flavour and aroma. (NB)This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
