Using Amber full profile in Bru'n water
Make sure to oxygenate vigorously

gypsum: 1.4g
calcl: 2.4g
epsom: 0.7g
Sparge:
gypsum: 1/3g
calcl: 2.3g
epsom: 0,7g
lactic: 1.7mL
ended up with a way over pre boil volume and so we boiled it longer and stronger to concentrate it down. estimated sg was 1.057 and we got to 1.049. But we also accidentally boiled down to 9.5gal so we filled each fermentor roughly the same and dispensed co2 on top to displace the air in the considarably larger headspace of each. crashing each to 58 before pitching.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
