Notes

Add whirlpool hops when bellow 80C. Higher efficiency this time, was able to recirculate the mash for most of the mashing process. OGs (pre/post boil) correct this time. Mash PH at a decent level (5.3). Water target: light colored and hoppy from brewersfriend. Added 140g of mosaic for dry hopping in a inox tea container, will have to find a clean way to remove the hops once done (or just call the beer done in 7 days).
