2nd Batch-"Lord Nigel's Double Chocolate Oatmeal Stout"-nothing added to 2ndary.
3rd Batch-"Sir Frank of Bruce Double Chocolate Oatmeal Stout" aged on Kahlua Oaked Med char.
if no burton yeast unavailable, subsitute Essex WLP022, or British WLP005, or Irish WLP004
