starting gravity 1.046, 11.4 plato.
The IBUs might be a little low.
Bottled on 4/30/16. Final gravity was 1.012, 3.1 plato 4.46 ABV. Added 250 grams corn sugar to prime, which should give about 3.8 volumes of CO2
Should be ready do drink in two weeks, just in time for my birthday
