Taste Notes
50west brew club feedback: "There is a really good beer in here. Technique is good. Good bitterness. There is a lot going on with malt and hops competing. Go Easier on the later hops and reduce the number of malts. Just needs balance."-best feedback
"This is a very good beer, to style."; "Very nice beer, maybe just a little too much oaky flavor"; "Like the malt character and hop balance. Getting signs of possible infection. Watch you pitch rte and sanitation."; "Good bitterness. I don't get a lot of aroma, not sure of style, maybe a little more aroma"; "Very bitter, Cloudy, sharp, flavorful"; "Great dry, earthy quality. Hops is muddled--too many?"; "No clear hop aroma- focus on fewer hops, nice malt backbone"; "Bitter, Good taste- more like an CA IPA. Perfect temp-could be cleaner, english is clean:Notes
Due to feedback i am encouraged to try this again... Will simplify hops and mash at a lower temp. Take out some malt. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
