Airated with air by pouring back and forth. Fermented in a HDPE bucket. 12/6/16 removed from bucket, transfered to keg. —> 65.4 F and 1.018. Fuity flavors, peachy, mild bitter. Half A Yeast refrigerated, #WPL095, 12/6/2016. Half B (2 gallons): All hops transfered to half B once half A was cooled to 140 F. Hops infused at 170 F for 15 minutes. Hops romoved and wort cooled to 68 F. Fermented in a glass carboy. 12/6/16 removed from carboy, transfered to keg. —> 66.3 F and 1.017 Slightly more bitter, smells slightly alcoholic. Half B Yeast refrigerated, #WPL095, 12/6/2016. A and B mixed. Dry hopped 12/7/16 with 2oz Spenard hops. Improvements: aromatic floral hops addition, little bit of citrusy hops, clean bittering added, keep bitterness same for a pale ale. Try Amarillo, Columbus, Cascaid, Galexy hops.
