11:08 - Begin heating mash water 11:43 - Added grain, water 173, 1 teaspoon of lactic acid 13:09 - Mash done, begin sparging 14:00 - Begin boil. Collected 7G accidentally, gravity 1.045 14:31 - 200F, no bubbling yet 14:40 - 212F added hops, started bubbling OG 1.055 Brewed with Kayla and sister + girlfriend
