Notes

10 liter i mäsken, behandlade med mjölksyra till PH 5,2. Lakade upp till 15 liter. 15 liter till kok. Prebiol OG 1040, OG landade på höga 1058 9,5 liter i hinken. FG slutade på 1016 vilket ger 5,5%
