Taste Notes

Expected Malt Profile: Comparable to Sculpin. Wanting a definite presence but not in the driver seat. Dry and sweet. Expected Hop Profile: Comparable to Pliny. Wanting citrus notes to lead. Floral will follow far behind. Not wanting pine or dank. Will have to revisit if undesired flavors are detected. Wanting a strong but palatable hop presence. No astringency! Yeast notes: Clean, neutral to be expected. No esters. Low fermentation temps should help with warmth of high gravity beer. If warmth detected, revisit thought.
