Very Good
by Pablo54Did not go BIAB. Came out great. I do taste a bit of chocolate and a slight hint of coffee. Only grain adjustments made were 3 oz. of acid malt and 3 oz. of carafoam. I have to use acid malt in all my brews because my water, which is great, comes in at pH 8.3. With the carafoam, the head on this stays for the full pint. Going to brew it again and try a decoction at the end.
