Mashing in @ ~60-63°C @ 19h
Sour rest @ ~45°C @ 23h (+1L cold water & ice cubes)

~38 @ 9h: it start to stink but it's not any sour yet...
30/06 - Boil, cool in ~20 minutes... pitched slurry from previous APA...
01/07 - lag time ~24h
11/07 - 1.007, racked to 2nd for a day or two...
13/07 - Kegged.
