Burton Union Yeast (Mangrove Jack's #M36) |

Notes
Yeast attenuation set to give about 75% AA for Mangrove Jack M36 (Burton) at 66.5C. First use, going for similar to M44 as it states 'high' but slightly lower for dark grainbill.
Knocked the choc back from 2.6% to 2%, pushed it up to 0.6 bitterness ratio, just want it a bit crisper/lighter even if not representative of Hobgoblin.
