19/10 8:30 - 15 liter vann, 75 grader. Starter på 68.5 grader. 9:00 - rører opp og lunker opp. 12:00 - tilsetter 2 liter vann på slutten på grunn av mye avkok. reguleringa tok kvelden..... 21 liter etter kok 15.5 brix. 1062.
