Notes

10/4/15 Yeast started with light DME 10/5/15 Yeast cold crashed 10/6/15 Yeast started again with FastPitch 10/7/15 cold crash 10/8/15 Yeast started again with FastPitch 10/9/15 flocculation is high. 10/10/15 Added entire amount of water to Mash. Ended up with a lower gravity, and too much boil water.
