Notes
YEAST STARTER NOTES: The First yeast starter was made with 1300ml of wort for 20 hours. Crashed it in the fridge, then poured off all but 200ml, then added 1000ml of wort to that for 12 hours, and it exploded in 2000ml flask. Crashed what was left, and added 650ml of wort.
