Notes

Started hop addition at 8.5 gals in kettle. 7.25 gals in kettle at end of boil .Got 6 gals in fermenter. 21 Jul 17: Sparged with 10 gal amt of sparge water. Stopped sparge at 11.5 gals in kettle. 31.7 pts/lb. 5 Aug 1.028.
