Notes

25 Feb 16 - got 10 gals in kettle. Boiled down to 9 gals and started 90 min timer. Kettle shows 7 gals. Fermenter shows 6 gals. 1.022 @ 3 Mar (10 days). 31 Aug 17 MT shows 8.75 gals grain + water. 32 pts/lb. 1030 on 7 Sep. Raised temp from 65 to 70.
