Notes

Water + grains = 12.5 gals in MT. Mashed at 153F. 6.75 gals in kettle end of boil. 5.5 gals in fermenter. Use British Ale yeast vice California Ale yeast. No Galenas in stock. Used Chinook instead 1 Apr brew. 19 Apr 16: Had 16 gals in kettle pre boil. Boiled down to 15 gals and started timer. Kettle shows 11.5 gals at flame out. 9.5 gals in fermenter. 1.80 kegs after fermentation. 15 Jul 16: 16.5 gals in kettle pre boil. Started timer at 15.5 gals. 12.8 gals post boil in kettle. Got 2 full kegs plus maybe 1/2 qt. 15 Apr 17: 12 gals in kettle end of boil, 9.9 gals in fermenter. Got 2 full kegs + approx 1/2 gal.
