Notes

MT shows 6.5 gals after grain addition. Got 8.8 gals in kettle. 30 min sparge and runoff. Kettle shows 6.25 gals after 90 min boil. Got 5 gals in fermenter. Decreased 60 min hop addition to lower IBU's from 43 to 35. 9 Feb 16: 6 gals in fermenter, filled keg + .75 gals left 21 Jun 17: Used grain from Brewer's Retreat.
