Taste Notes

Keep! This is one of the best beers I've brewed. Aric and Thomas at Southern said it was a world-class beer. However, this was said after maturing in the keg for a few weeks. The beer was good when it was first kegged, but the flavor improved significantly after maturing.

Notes

Fermented @ 62F.
